  We live in another city and dealing with a realtor is difficult for all. I highly recommend Dana Bullentini with KDK in Baton Rouge. She’s motivated and a very ethical realtor - her knowledge is amazing! After talking to her I decided to list with her. It was a great decision. There are always some things about a house that turn some buyers off - but Dana had a way of answering all objections - so much so that I got several offers and she helped me to go through the differences in each. She called me often to update or just reassure. She always answered my calls promptly- I have never had a more organized Realtor. While she had several other listings she was working, I never felt neglected. Wow- she was amazing and she sold our house quickly - I had another Realtor before her. . I can not express how wonderful she was. There was a glitch with closing and she really got firm with buyers on what would happen.. tense moments where she called me to reassure me - she knows how to work for her seller but I think she would be great working with a buyer because she works so hard and dots all her I’s and crosses all the T’s My friend who referred her said she was wonderful with buyers and worked hard to help her find the perfect home...and so informative- my friend was impressed as a buyer/ I was impressed as a seller! Dana can not be praised enough : knowledge, creative, professional, great customer skills - She is the whole package and I am a happy, I am a delighted seller who originally thought my house would never sell before I found her.
